A Journal Skin I made for myself, but others are welcome to enjoy it as well 
Revised: I cleaned up the code a lot; it should now both preview correctly and display correctly in all resolutions. The only issue remaining is if you apply it in StashWriter, in the editing window it appears that the text rides up over the header. Click "Preview" to see that it does not, and the skin applies correctly in Stash.
