Kaidan

Did you just photoshop Kaidan into the Citadel or did you do some work on him as well? He looks less uncanny valley here than he does in certain portions of ME1 (when he talked about extranet fetish sites when Lorik Qu'in mentioned Benezia in a pinstripe suit he looked really mannequin like, though a lot of the human-faced characters were the same, like Ashley's staring eyes on Horizon)

Thankfully in the third game it looks like BW has tweaked character design to make characters look a bit more realistic (except in the case of Ashley, she looks like a botoxed porn star)
